Hereinafter:
“We” or “us” or “our” should be regarded as “SCOREWARRIOR LIMITED”, “you” or “your” should be regarded as “user” or “player”, “Services” or “Game” should be regarded as “all and any services provided by us”.
This Payment and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is an integral part of the Terms of Service. You should carefully read this Policy, the End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Policies”), as they govern your use of the Game and Services, as well as any purchases you make from us.
By agreeing to the Terms of Service and the EULA and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by this Policy, and you acknowledge that it applies to all payments and refund requests related to our Game and Services.
You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal capacity as required by applicable local law. If you are under the legal age, you confirm that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to enter into this legal contract and make any purchases.
The Terms of Service, the EULA, and Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference in their entirety, and you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to them.
This Policy sets forth the terms governing payments, purchases, and refund eligibility. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from making any purchases.
Payment Policy
1. Payments and Purchases
1.1. Access to the Game and certain gameplay features is free of charge. The Game offers opportunities to acquire a license to access content, including but not limited to, virtual items, additional features, and certain in-game services (collectively “Virtual Goods”). You may obtain a limited license to access Virtual Goods by purchasing them from us.
1.2. The prices for Virtual Goods are set in Euro, US Dollars, or another currency applicable to your region and are displayed either in the description of the corresponding Virtual Goods or on the “Buy” button. To complete a purchase, you must confirm your selection by clicking the relevant button.
1.3. Payments are accepted worldwide, except in countries subject to international sanctions legal prohibitions, or restrictions imposed by payment service providers or financial institutions.
1.4. After clicking on the purchase button, you will be required to choose a payment method and enter respective payment details. We support Visa™, MasterCard™, Maestro™, PayPal, debit/credit cards, along with other payment methods applicable to your region.
1.5. By conducting online purchases in the Game, you agree that the execution of purchases will start immediately. You explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of Virtual Goods, and you acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once the purchase is processed.
1.6. Third-Party Payment Processors: We do not process transactions or store any of your payment details directly. All payment processing is performed by third-party platforms such as Apple (iOS), Google (Android), Steam, Facebook, and other payment service providers. You must comply with all terms and conditions set by these third-party platforms, and any issues related to charging and billing are subject to their rules. SCOREWARRIOR LIMITED disclaims any liability for the actions of these third-party platforms.
1.7. Review and Confirmation: Before confirming your purchase, you must carefully review the purchase details, including the selected payment method, total price, and applicable taxes and charges. If you find any errors, you should correct them or cancel the purchase before proceeding.
1.8. Processing Time: We aim to process purchases as quickly as possible, but under certain circumstances, processing may need up to 72 hours. Delays may occur due to internet connection issues, payment service provider errors, or other technical difficulties. In most cases, payments will be processed within this timeframe. If neither occurs after 72 hours, please contact our support team at support@totalbattle.com for assistance.
1.9. Account Responsibility: To purchase Virtual Goods, you need an Account, and you are solely responsible for all purchases made through your Account. If you allow a third party (including a minor) to access your account or the device used to access it, or any payment methods, you are fully responsible for any resulting purchases. No refunds will be granted for purchases made by third parties using your account. If payment details are stored on your device or on a device used to access the game, and you grant access to such device to a third party who uses them for transactions, such purchases will be considered authorized by you, and no refunds will be granted.
1.10. Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Goods outside of the Game is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination. If your account is suspended for violating these terms, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Purchase Terms
To purchase Virtual Goods, you must select your preferred payment method. By providing your payment method information and purchasing Virtual Goods from us, you acknowledge that:
a. You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age required by applicable law) or have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to make the purchase and accept the Terms of Service.
b. You are the authorized account holder for the account from which the purchase is being made and are authorized to use the specified payment method (e.g., credit card details).
c. If payment information, such as credit card or bank account details, is jointly owned or accessible by multiple individuals, you assume full responsibility for informing all co-owners of any purchases made using our Game and Services. If you fail to inform them, we will consider these purchases authorized by all parties with access to the payment information.
d. All information and payment details you submit are true and accurate. If any of our payment service providers or platforms notify us that the personal and/or financial information you provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to annul the related financial transactions, revoke any associated licenses obtained through such transactions, and report the incident to the relevant authorities.
e. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchase.
f. You have read and accepted this Policy, along with any applicable additional terms
3. Virtual Goods
3.1. Ownership and Restrictions:
• You acknowledge that all Virtual Goods remain the property of SCOREWARRIOR LIMITED and are only licensed to you under the conditions outlined in the Terms of Service.
• Virtual Goods cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash.
• You may only obtain Virtual Goods from us or through authorized in-game methods.
3.2. Rights and Restrictions on Virtual Goods
3.2.1. We reserve the following rights in respect to Virtual Goods:
• Offer different sets and/or prices of Virtual Goods available for purchase for different users.
• Modify the packages of Virtual Goods or price sets available to any user of the Game at any time, at our sole discretion.
• Manage, control, regulate, modify, re-price, limit, remove, or discontinue Virtual Goods at any time, with or without prior notice, to maintain game balance, comply with legal requirements, or enhance gameplay. These changes may impact the functionality or availability of Virtual Goods.
• Change the price of Virtual Goods at any time at our sole discretion.
• Restrict the Virtual Goods available for purchase and/or use based on your location due to varying policies or requirements in different regions.
• Decline purchase requests as deem necessary.
3.2.2. The following rules apply to Virtual Goods:
• Virtual Goods are intangible and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value from us or any other person or entity, exchanged, or refunded outside the Game environment.
• All Virtual Goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (whether or not you use them), unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms of Service or as required by applicable law.
• You cannot sell or transfer Virtual Goods to anyone, nor receive or purchase Virtual Goods from anyone. Any such actions must occur exclusively through the Game’s designated interface and comply with the Game's rules.
• You may only purchase and acquire Virtual Goods directly from us through the Game and not in any other way. Acquiring Virtual Goods from unauthorized sources or by unauthorized means is strictly prohibited.
• Virtual Goods cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or services outside the Game. Exchanges for other Virtual Goods are allowed only if explicitly permitted within the Game.
Accounts Are Not Payable or Tradeable Assets. Accounts do not have a price, nor are they open to trade, sale, or transfer. We do not facilitate or recognize any transactions involving the sale, transfer, or purchase of game accounts between users. If a user attempts to sell or purchase an account, we assume no responsibility for such transactions, and any disputes arising from these actions must be resolved between the involved parties. If we identify such an attempt, the involved accounts, which will be in violation of the Terms of Service, may be permanently suspended, and users engaging in such actions will not be eligible for refunds for any associated Virtual Goods or purchases.
Any applicable fees and charges associated with your Account or Services provided by us are non-refundable, except as stated in these Terms of Service or required by applicable law.
You agree not to use any payment method to purchase Virtual Goods in a fraudulent manner, without the consent of the authorized owner, or in connection with any unlawful activity, including criminal offenses. If we detect such activity, your account may be suspended, restricted, or terminated at our discretion.
In certain cases, you may be required to link your account to an email address, Facebook, Google Account, App Store, or Google Play to complete purchases. If purchases are made without linking your account to any of these services, there is a risk of losing access to your account and all associated Virtual Goods. We strongly recommend linking your account to ensure account security and prevent loss of progress. SCOREWARRIOR LIMITED is not responsible for any losses, including Virtual Goods, if you choose not to link your account.
3.3. Account Termination and Virtual Goods: If your account is terminated, suspended, blocked, modified, or deleted by us for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the Terms of Service and/or our Policies, or if you choose to terminate your account voluntarily, all purchases of Virtual Goods made in your account remain connected to that account. The license granted to you for the Game, including the license to use Virtual Goods, will end immediately. You acknowledge that upon termination, you will lose access to the Virtual Goods associated with your account, and they will not be recoverable. If you choose to terminate your account voluntarily, any Virtual Goods associated with your account will be permanently lost. No refunds or compensation will be granted for unused Virtual Goods upon voluntary account termination.
3.4. The rules outlined in this Policy govern all transactions related to our Game and Services. These rules apply in all cases unless otherwise required by applicable law. The purchase of Virtual Goods is considered a digital service and is subject to the terms outlined in this Policy. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Immediate Performance of Agreement
4.1. When making online purchases in the Game, you agree that the performance of the purchase agreement for Virtual Goods will start immediately, and before the expiration of any statutory withdrawal period defined under applicable laws. You explicitly consent to the delivery of the Virtual Goods you purchase before the end of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you will lose any right to withdraw from your purchase once it has been processed.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. If you are a resident of the European Union, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply once the purchase process has begun, and the Virtual Goods have been delivered.
5.2. By making a purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and waive your right to withdraw from the transaction once the Virtual Goods have been added to your account.
Refund Policy
You may only purchase packages of Virtual Goods. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that Virtual Goods constitute digital content that is immediately provided to you.
Once you complete your purchase, the supply of Virtual Goods and the performance of our Services begin immediately. The execution of the purchase is finalized as soon as we accept your purchase offer and credit the Virtual Goods to your account.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Virtual Goods. From the moment the purchase is completed, Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Terms of Service, End User License Agreement (EULA), or required by applicable law.
Basic Conditions of Refund Policy
1. Refund Process
1.1. All purchases of Virtual Goods, including in-game currency, are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law. Reimbursements will only be given if the Support team verifies that the loss resulted from a game irregularity outside of normal gameplay, primarily due to a documented bug or server error.
1.2. If you believe that you are entitled to a refund under our Terms of Service, and this Payment and Refund Policy, you should contact our Support Team at support@totalbattle.com within the specified timeframes below. All refund requests must be submitted to our Support Team before initiating any chargeback processes through third-party payment processors or credit card companies. We have processes in place to ensure that all valid refund claims are granted. If a chargeback is identified, please refer to the relevant section below for information on how we handle such cases.
1.3. We strive to ensure that all purchases are processed seamlessly, and Virtual Goods are credited to your account without delay. In rare cases, technical issues may cause transactions to be delayed or Virtual Goods to not appear as expected. If you experience any unexpected discrepancies, we encourage you to contact our Support Team promptly. After verification, we may take corrective action, including crediting the missing Virtual Goods or offering an alternative resolution. Such refund requests will only be considered if submitted within 24 hours of the alleged transaction not being completed, or seven (7) days from the date of the loss.
1.4. If you claim that your account has been hacked and another individual has made unauthorized purchases, you must inform us within seven (7) days from the date of the alleged unauthorized access. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
1.5. If an issue occurs, we may request additional supporting documentation and information, including screenshots or identity verification. You agree to provide these documents and information at our sole discretion to confirm your claim. Without sufficient evidence, we will not be able to process your request. Once all requested information is submitted, our Support Team will initiate an investigation to verify the claim and determine if a refund or reimbursement is warranted.
1.6. Only our Support Team is authorized to process refunds or reimbursements. No other employees or representatives have the authority to override or appeal the Support Team’s decisions.
1.7. If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. We do not issue refunds in cash. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable due to restrictions imposed by third-party payment processors, we will determine an alternative refund method at our sole discretion.
1.8. The following circumstances do not entitle you to a refund, reimbursement, compensation, or return of Virtual Goods, whether used or unused, purchased or earned, including any associated game progress or other benefits. You also agree to indemnify us from any liability in such cases:
• Potential or theoretical gains that were not realized.
• Losses due to errors in your system (e.g., computer, internet connection, third-party hardware/software issues).
• Account terminations, temporary or permanent suspensions, deletion, modifications due to violations of in-game Policies, Terms of Service, or any rules of providing our Services.
• Use of unfair gameplay methods (e.g., bots, scripts, mathematical equations, betting systems, or other external aids to influence game outcomes).
• Inactivity timeouts resulting from extended idle periods in the game.
• If you voluntarily decide to terminate and delete your account.
• If you create an account without linking it to an email, Facebook, App Store, or Google Play and subsequently make purchases, and later take actions that result in the loss of access to your account.
• Transactions made from your account by individuals authorized to have control over the game account, the device used for access, or payment methods associated with the account.
• If we discontinue our game or a specific version of the game and provide an alternative, such as transferring your account to a similar version of the game, and you refuse to accept such a transfer or fail to take the necessary actions to complete it.
1.9. If your account is terminated, temporarily or permanently suspended, restricted, blocked, deleted, or modified due to violations of in-game policies, the Terms of Service, or any other rules governing our Services, you will not be entitled to a refund, reimbursement, compensation, or return of Virtual Goods for any reason. This applies regardless of whether the Virtual Goods are used or unused, purchased or earned, including any associated game progress, benefits, or any resulting losses.
1.10. To maintain the integrity of our refund process, we reserve the right to take action against users who:
• Spam our Support Team with repeated refund or reimbursement requests.
• Submit false or misleading information in an attempt to claim a refund.
Users found engaging in such actions may face account suspension, permanent bans, or legal consequences as appropriate.
1.11. We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until we have verified your identity to our satisfaction. This is to ensure that any payments made to us are legitimate and can be honored after a refund is issued. If we request identity verification, you may be required to provide certified documentation in compliance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. If you fail to submit the required documents within five (5) days of our request, your refund or reversal request will not be processed. Additionally, your player account may be closed, and you will forfeit all funds and Virtual Goods associated with the account. Our decision regarding refunds and account closure will be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
1.12. You are responsible for all purchases made using your account or any transactions attributed to your payment method. If you believe that unauthorized activity has occurred that was not caused by you and was beyond your control, you should review your transaction history and contact Customer Support. It is your responsibility to keep records of your transaction history, verify its accuracy, and retain copies for your records.
1.13. Please review the provision regarding unauthorized purchases in the Payment Policy above to understand our approach to handling such cases, including eligibility.
1.14. Right of withdrawal: If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of Virtual Goods within 14 days of your purchase. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the performance of our Services begins before the end of the 14-day period. You hereby expressly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of our Services has begun, and your account has been provided with access to the Virtual Goods. You agree that the supply of Virtual Goods and the performance of our Services begin immediately after you complete your purchase. Therefore, you understand that by purchasing Virtual Goods, you acknowledge that we make Virtual Goods available to you immediately after we have accepted your order and that once access to the Virtual Goods has been enabled on your Account, the contract has been fully performed by us.
2.Chargebacks
2.1. In order to combat potential fraud and refund abuse, which are violations of our Terms of Service and Policies, we enforce anti-fraud security measures to promptly detect and address any misuse of payment provider systems.
2.2. We reserve the right to take the following actions, and our policy on chargebacks is as follows, except as otherwise required by applicable law:
• Account Suspension After Chargeback: If one chargeback occurs with respect to an account, that account may be suspended. You may be able to regain access by contacting Customer Support and reimbursing the owed amount.
• Permanent Suspension for Multiple Chargebacks: If multiple chargebacks occur on the same account, our anti-fraud security measures and automated tools will detect these actions, and the account will be permanently suspended.
• Fraud Alerts and Investigations: Fraud alerts and Requests for Information (such as queries from the cardholder or issuing bank regarding the authenticity of a transaction) may be treated similarly to chargebacks and result in account suspension or restrictions.
2.2.1. If your account has been suspended due to a chargeback or if you have questions regarding chargebacks or the process for regaining access through repayment, please contact our Customer Support.
2.2.2. In cases where multiple chargebacks have resulted in a permanent suspension, we will review the issue upon request. However, we do not guarantee that the suspension will be lifted. Chargebacks are a violation of our Terms of Service and Policies, and repeated instances may result in the irreversible loss of account access.
2.3. Refunds for Purchases Made Through Third-Party Platforms
2.3.1. If you made your purchase through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), their respective refund policies apply. As we do not process payments made on these platforms, we are unable to issue refunds directly.
2.3.2. To avoid chargeback situations where we are not notified about refund requests and to prevent possible account suspensions, we strongly recommend that you first contact our Customer Support before initiating a refund request through the third-party platform. We will review your request, determine whether you may be entitled to a refund, and provide guidance on how to proceed.
2.3.3. However, please note that all refund requests must ultimately be submitted to the respective platform. If the third-party platform denies your refund request, we are unable to override their decision or provide further assistance regarding the refund.
Final Provisions
By continuing to use our Game and Services, you acknowledge and agree that this Payment and Refund Policy carries the same legal weight as a written agreement.
Any further activity in our Game and Services after reviewing this Policy shall be deemed full, unconditional, and irrevocable consent to its terms.
We reserve the right to take all necessary legal and technical measures to enforce this Policy. Our decision not to enforce a provision in a particular instance does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Any changes will apply to all subsequent purchases. Therefore, we recommend that you regularly check for the latest version of this document. Continued use of our Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Payment and Refund Policy, along with any other policies governing the use of our Game and Services, constitutes the entire agreement between you and our company. If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
