👉The International Day of Peace (“Peace Day”) is observed around the world each year on 21 September. Established in 1981 by unanimous United Nations resolution 36/37, the General Assembly has declared this as a day devoted to “commemorating and strengthening the ideals of peace both within and among all nations and peoples.”
Celebrating an event has a variable meaning. That is, every year it is dedicated to different problems and is held under different mottos. This year, the General Assembly declared this Day of Peace a day of strengthening the ideals of peace among all countries and peoples - both at the national and international levels.
This year it has become clearer than ever that people are not enemies to each other. Rather, our common enemy is a dreaded virus that threatens our health, safety, and lifestyle. The COVID-19👑 pandemic has thrown our world into disarray and reminded us that what happens in one part of the planet can affect the lives of people everywhere.
Let's make it so that wars will be only in movies and games.🎞🧩🎮 We are for a calm life and a bright future without any conflicts.
The task for today: Give up aggression and violence on this day. 😇
