Halloween ghosts
Time: 2 hours
Difficulty: Easy (if you have a electric-mixer)

Ingredients
100 g egg whites
200 g of sugar
20 g dark chocolate for eyes

Elaboration
1.- Heat the egg whites and sugar in the water bath, stirring nonstop until reaching 55 Celsius degree.
2.- Sugar grains should not be noticed.
3.- We pass the hot mixture to a electric-mixer, to assemble the meringue, until the bowl of the blender is cold and the meringue is firm (usually takes about 10 minutes, approximately)
4.- Fill a pastry bag with a 2 cm smooth nozzle.
5.- Search the shapes of the ghosts in the oven tray and bake at 70° Celsius degree for about an hour, although it will depend on the size of the ghosts. They should be crispy on the outside and without cracks. To check if they are done, we try one of them.
